Homemade Salsa

Mix fixings into large bowl
Add:
-Olive oil (roughly 1/4 cup)
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper (more salt than pepper)
- squeeze 1-2 lemons
- squeeze 1 lime (optional)
Chop up:
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 yellow onion
- cilantro (quantity to liking)
- 2 jalapeno peppers
- 2 small sweet red peppers
- 4 garlic cloves minced
